Our Two ‘Winter Day Yoga Retreat: Nurture & Restore’ days are coming up!
As winter invites us to slow down and soften, we welcome you into a 5 hour retreat designed to honor the season through rest, nourishment, and inner connection.
When: Saturday 19th of July (Bendi) & Saturday 2nd of August (Saha)

Saturday 2nd August at Saha Yoga & Wellness Studio in Redland Bay.
We’re also thrilled to now include Georgina on our team, our incredibly experienced caterer, who will be lovingly preparing our food for the two days. This part of our offering will now be an even more special & memorable part of the day retreat experience too. Georgina’s knowledge and expertise goes above and beyond, and we’re so excited for you to enjoy this extra nurturing.

Just Breathe: Connection with Breath through Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork and Ice Bath
We invite you to join us for a unique experience and opportunity to re-connect with your Breath through the power of Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork and Ice Bath. release the OLD and embrace the NEW. Re-connect with your Breath and take the plunge! You owe it to yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The day will start with some gentle Yoga and Meditation practices as well as opportunities to connect and share your journey with like-minded people. After Lunch (which will be provided), Nancy will guide you through a powerful session of Breathwork which will then assist you in "taking the plunge" with what could be your very first Ice Bath experience. Don't miss out!
